Woo-Gil Park began his piano studies at the age of five. He graduated from the Seoul Arts High School in 2012 receiving the Piano Performance Excellence Award studying with Jung-Won Moon and Kyoung-Sook Lee at Yonsei University. He is currently studying with Professor Hyoung-Joon Chang at the Seoul National University.

He has performed with the Belgrade TV & Radio Symphony Orchestra and the Viña del Mar Philharmonic Orchestra. As a soloist and chamber musician, he has performed in South Korea, Chile, Serbia and Romania. He has participated in master classes with Jacques Rouvier, Ian Hobson, Alexander Korsantia, Nelita True and Sofya Gulyak.
