Sponsoring the 2016 Competition
Under the new artistic directorship of acclaimed London based Australian pianist Piers Lane AO, the Competition has been refreshed to reflect modern international trends and inspire new trends itself. Held in one of the world’s most attractive destinations, the Competition is considered one of the most prestigious events of its kind.
We would like to invite you and your business to consider becoming a sponsor of the 2016 Competition.
People from around the country will travel to Sydney to be there when the winner is crowned on the Concert Hall stage of the Sydney Opera House on Saturday 23 July.
The Grand Piano of Sponsorship
The Sydney International Piano Competition values quality relationships with partners and stakeholders at all levels. We endeavour to exceed each partner’s expectations by delivering individually tailored and mutually beneficial packages with tangible business benefits that will demonstrate return on your investment.
Partnership benefits are mutually negotiated and agreed, with increasing opportunities identified and offered dependent on the level of support.
Concert Grand partners offer the highest level of support to the Competition with a cash value and/or in-kind support of over $75,000. Concert Grand partners may be exclusively aligned with an entire Competition Round: the Preliminaries Rounds 1 or 2, or the Semi Finals Rounds 1 or 2 – all at the Verbrugghen Hall of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, or one of the two Final Rounds at the Concert Hall of the Sydney Opera House. Additional partnership benefits are individually negotiated.
Ballroom Grand partners offer significant support to the Competition, with an investment of cash and/or in-kind of over $50,000. Ballroom Grand partners may be exclusively aligned with a Single Performance session of the Finals at the Concert Hall of the Sydney Opera House or at the Verbrugghen Hall of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. Additional partnership benefits are individually negotiated.
Parlour Grand partners' investment of cash and/or in-kind support is $20,000 or more. Parlour Grand partners are exclusively aligned with a Single Performance session at the Verbrugghen Hall of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. Additional partnership benefits are individually negotiated.
