Biography

"A musician with great poetic phrasing and poised lyrical nature”, Eloise received her BM at The Colburn School. She has won top prizes in Pinault, Gina Bachauer, New York, Lennox, Kingsville, WPPC, Jefferson, and International Chamber Music Ensemble Competitions, and performed solo recitals at various venues including Carnegie Weil Recital Hall and Aspen Wheeler Opera House. She has been a featured soloist with the Vancouver (USA) Symphony, Columbia Symphony, and Jefferson Symphony, and has collaborated chamber music with Ebene Quartet members and LA Opera vocalists. She was a scholarship recipient of Chopin National Foundation and Chamber Music Northwest Fellow. Kim is a Graduate Arts Awardee of the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation. This gives a 
scholarship up to $50,000 per year for her graduate studies. Kim studied at Aspen, Orford, Banff, and “Art of the Piano” festivals. She now pursues her Master's with Andre-Michel Schub at the Manhattan School of Music.
