Vatche Jambazian is an emerging international concert pianist originally from Sydney, Australia. He made his international Debut at the age of 16 in Yerevan, Armenia performing a televised recital as part of the Independence Day celebrations. In 2008 Vatche was awarded Fine Music Station Young Performer of the Year and was a finalist in the 2015 Symphony Australia Young Performer of The Year. Vatche is currently attending The Juilliard School as part of the Masters Programme studying with Joseph Kalichstein and Jerome Lowenthal. Recent performances have taken him to London, New York, Hobart and Sydney where he has collaborated with artists Narek Arutyunian, Sue-Ellen Paulsen and Susan Collins, he has also collaborated with the Orava Quartet and is currently working with composers Andrew Howes, Jack Frerer and Tom Morrison on World Premieres in 2016 and 2017.
