Russian-Australian pianist Nadia Koudasheva has performed internationally as soloist and chamber musician. After graduating with First Class Honours from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, studying with Phillip Shovk, Nadia furthered her studies at the Moscow State Conservatory with Yuri Didenko. She has received awards from the Australian Youth Classical Music Competition, the Gibson Memorial Competition, Moscow International Festival of Young Soloists, the Vimpani Pianoforte Scholarship, and has performed at the Australian National Piano Award. Nadia has performed at the Sydney Opera House, the Moscow Prokofiev Museum, Freiburg Kaisersaal, the Sydney Government House, has played for Friends of SIPCA, at the International Piano Festival in Italy, the ANAM Piano Festival, the International Piano Academy Freiburg and on radio. Nadia has researched Russian transcriptions of works of J. S. Bach and has presented at international musicological conferences. Masterclass performances include those for Boris Berman, Nina Tichman, Angela Hewitt and Acquiles Delle Vigne.
