BiographyMisako Mihara was born in Japan,obtained Bachelor degree at the TOHO Gakuen College Music Department with Prof.Yuko Ninomiya and Prof.Izumi Komoriya.From April 2014 she continues to study at the Berlin University of the Arts with Prof.Jacques Rouvier.
She got Bronze Medal at the 13th Chopin Piano Competition in ASIA in 2012.She won 1st prize at the 5th Tokyo Piano Competition in 2014.Grand-Prix at the 24th ABC New Artist Award in 2015,this performance and interview were broadcasted in Japan.
She has invited several concert and performed Recitals in Japan and Germany.
She also attended various music festivals (Macôn music festival in France,Orford music festival in Canada,Fête de la musique in Germany) and performed as a soloist with the Japan Century Orchestra,Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra and Fujisawa Symphony Orchestra.
