BiographyMikhail Sporov was born 1984 in Gorky, Russia. At the age of 7 he started learning piano with Prof.Natalia Barkova. In 1997 he made his debut with Chopin Concerto N.1 at the "New Names" Festival (N.Novgorod-Moscow) with the Symphony Orchestra of Nizhny Novgorod.
During 1999 - 2003 years he studied at the Music College in Nizhny Novgorod with Professor Valery Starynin.
Afterwards Mikhail went to Germany, where he became a student of Professor Vladimir Krainev at the Hochschule fuer Musik u. Theather in Hanover.
During the next several years he played recitals in Germany, Italy, France and South Africa.
From 2008 to 2012 he was making Master of Performance Degree under Professor Adrian Oetiker at the Musikakademie in Basel, Switzerland.
In November 2012 Mikhail won the 2nd prize at Geneva Music Competition.
Mikhail is frequently playing solo and chamber music concerts as well with orchestra throughout Europe.
