BiographyBorn in Saitama, completed graduated school of Tokyo University of the Arts (TUA), studied with Prof Katsumi Ueda. At the time of graduating with the top marks from the TUA.
Awarded the 1st prize at The 77th Music Competition of Japan(2008), that is the most famous and prestigious competition in Japan. He has performed extensively as soloist with orchestras and chamber ensembles, including the Japan Philharmonic, Central Aichi Symphony, Geidai Symphony Orchestra at Konzerthaus Berlin, top members of NHK Symphony.
Repertoire is wide-ranging from baroque to contemporary, and his performances of 20th century’s and contemporary music are especially greatly welcomed by the public. To date, taught by K. Ueda, Gabriel Tacchino and Minoru Nojima. Currently he is enrolled on the additional training course at the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory, studying with Prof. Eliso Virsaladze, as a scholar supported by Rhom Music Foundation and Agency for Cultural Affairs of Japanese government.
