Biography

Aya studied her Bachelor at the University of Arts Tokyo (Geidai) with Prof. Aoyagi and studies currently at the University of Arts Berlin with Prof. Devoyon and Rikako Murata.
Prizewinner of such as International Competitions ;
2nd prize of "Kobe International Student Competition", Kobe (Japan), 2001.
2nd prize (no 1st given) of "19th A.Schnabel Competition", Berlin (Germany), 2013.
4th prize of "4th Troisdorf International Competition" in Troisdorf (Germany), 2015.
3rd prize of "3th Coop Music Award=Premio Antonio Bertollini" in Milano (Italy), 2015.
Awarded prizes,
"Yuzuriha Preize" from Hyogo Prefecture in 2007,
"Doseikai Prize" from Geidai in 2011,
Nominated the "Steinway Förderprize 2014" in Berlin in 2014.
Concerts activity,
Brahms 1st Piano Concerto with Geidai Philharmonic, Solo Recital in Tomono Hall (Tokyo) in 2010, Main Hall of Kobe Arts Center in Kobe, 2012 and 2014, in Berlin Steinwayhaus, in 2014. Had a Honor to play for Japanese Empress, in 2012.
